In my years of experience working with pre 🤰and post🤱natal mamas, I’ve shared many tips and tricks on how to manage the ups, downs, ins, and outs of movement throughout this exciting (and sometimes stressful, even scary) time. 


As I started on my own mama journey, I realized even more the lack of new-age, helpful, and empowering information out there and the overwhelming 🤯 plethora of meeeeh info for fellow moms/moms-to-be when it comes to managing movement!
